The Big Lent Community Walk
All Hallows Catholic High School, Penwortham
My Story
We are delighted, once again, to be organising our Big Lent Community walk. All Hallows, along with the Catholic Communities in Penwortham and Longton are organising a big community sponsored walk in aid of CAFOD and their Lent appeal. Everyone is welcome to join us on Saturday 25th March for an afternoon of walking and celebration Youth Mass. The 11km walk will start at St Oswald’s Catholic Church at 1pm, we will walk together to St Teresa’s Church and then back to St Oswald’s. Following the walk everyone is invited to celebrate all that we have achieved that afternoon at our Youth Mass, during which the young people from the local schools will take a leading role. Everyone is welcome to join us, bring friends, family and even the dog!
